Returns & Exchanges

At Board, we stand behind the quality of our high-performance electronics and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges. All returned items must be in their original packaging and include all accessories to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Board account and navigate to your order history to select the device you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the electronic device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and components are included to prevent restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship Your Device

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team verifies the device's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
